BCREI Vendor Booth Agreement

·         BCREI Booth Vendors must be current BCREI Business Members in good standing.

·         BCREI Booth Vendors who have rented booths the previous month have priority in reserving a booth for the next month.

·         There are a limited number of booths available (currently 5 tables).

·         The rental price of vendor booths is expected to fluctuate based on demand.  The initial price is $20/booth/month.

·         The rental price for a booth must be paid at least one week in advance or risk the loss of booth and priority position.

·         BCREI officers are the sole determiners of the room location of a booth.

·         BCREI officers are the sole determiners of the appropriateness of a vendor booth and can revoke the right to the booth.

·         BCREI will maintain a waiting list for Booth Vendors in the event we have more vendors than booths.

·         BCREI Booth Vendors agree to follow this and updated versions of the BCREI Vendor Booth Agreement.
